After walking the ATA Show floor, I’ve seen most of the new bow launches for the year. As usual, the PSE launch didn’t disappoint. It has several new bows that raised eyebrows — in a good way, including the all new PSE Force DS and the Sicario Carbon.
PSE Sicario Carbon

The all-new PSE Sicario Carbon is one of the most exciting flagship bows of the year. This carbon bow comes with the heralded FDS cam system. It has a max of five limb bolt turns.
“Everyone is swearing by this new cam system — the FDS Cam,” said PSE’s Jake Schuyler. “It offers Full Draw Stability. With this new cam, we’re gaining 7/8-inch of effective brace height at full draw. Everyone understands that, with the larger the brace height, the more forgiving the bow.
“When I first got my hands on this thing, I was expecting a typical speed bow with a tough-drawing cam,” Schuyler continued. “But the FDS Cam is not. It’s blowing everyone away. It’s smooth and breaks all the rules for what a speed bow can do. And this cam is available on all of our flagship products.”

Overall, this bow is smooth and offers shooters a chance at great new technology at an affordable price. It’s a solid budget bow with integrated flagship tech.
PSE Force DS Compound Bow

The PSE Force DS is another excellent new offering for 2026. This “budget” bow is a great way to enjoy quality equipment at an affordable price point. It comes with the FDS cam system and has a max of 10 limb bolt turns.
“We’ve just launched our new Force bow, too,” Schuyler said. “It’s creating a lot of excitement and is being well-received. We have speeds of 335 fps. The response has been amazing.
“This bow incorporates the new FDS cam system, which most are likely familiar with,” Schuyler continued. “However, we’ve paired it with a value riser. By doing that, we’re able to get great performance at a reasonable price point of $899 retail.”

“We also have the Full Draw Stability System, which gains 7/8-inch of brace height at full draw,” Schuyler said. “We all know how forgiving that is. We encourage everyone to get to their local archery dealer and give this bow a test shoot. It will most likely be available the middle of February.”
The Force DS accessory pro package comes with the Torment Quiver, Phantom Drop-Away Rest, Recon 6-Inch Stabilizer, Sierra Micro 5-Pin Sight, PSE neoprene sling, Mongoose peep, and nocking loop. Basically, it’s virtually ready to hunt.
Get it in one of three colors, including all black, black riser with Kryptek Skyfall limbs, or black riser with Mossy Oak Bottomland limbs.
