These New & Cool Firearm Accessories Made Their Grand Debut at SHOT Show 2025

When it comes to new product releases at SHOT Show each year, it’s always the guns and ammo that get the most attention. However, there are tons of new firearm accessories that make their debut at the show. Here are five innovative ones from SHOT Show 2025.

Caldwell ClayCopter

A day of busting clays with friends is truly some of the most innocent fun you can have with a gun. However, mechanical clay throwers are limited in their flight patterns and hand-operated throwers are limited by the thrower’s skill. Calwell’s ClayCopter makes it easy for anyone to use and opens up a whole new world of shooting pattern possibilities.

You can now shoot these specialized ClayCopter targets in any (safe) direction that you can point them. You can control the speed with which they are launched, which has an impact on how far they fly out to a max of 100 yards. You can also control whether it launches singles or doubles.

Since these targets, which are available in 90mm and 110mm sizes, are lighter than clay birds, they mimic more realistic flight patterns in the wind. Plus, they’re more durable than clay targets. If you miss a clay, it’s probably going to break upon impact with the ground. ClayCopter targets are designed to only come apart when shot, not dropped, so you don’t waste any targets even if you miss. Best of all, they’re biodegradable.

The battery-operated ClayCopter can launch up to 300 times before needing to be recharged.

AmmoStacks Starter kit for storing ammunition

Buying ammo in bulk is always cheaper, but storing it in more manageable, range-ready containers can be a pain. The AmmoStacks Starter Set makes it super simple.

All you do is load your ammo into their shaker tray that directs the rounds into the correct holes for loading into the trays. It’s kind of like Coinstar sorting, but all one size.) With the shaker loaded, you pull the barrier strip out and the ammo all falls into the tray. Simply attach one of the magnetic lids and, voila, you’re ready for the range.

You can hook multiple trays together with the stack strap and easily carry or store a bunch of trays together. If you’ve got fat fingers and find yourself struggling to pull individual rounds of 9mm out of a tray and you get frustrated to the point of just dumping the ammo back out, you can use the separator that takes the five rows of ammo and spreads them apart for easier access.

Rev Industries High Capacity Speedloaders

Speedloaders make reloading revolvers a lot faster, but they come with some limitations. It requires more practice to line up and release a speedloader with a twist or a pull than it does to insert a new magazine into a pistol. Plus, they’re not exactly streamlined in shape and size, which can make carrying multiple of them cumbersome and awkward.

High Capacity Speedloaders from Rev Industries do away with those limitations. With this product, you simply have to line up the rounds into the cylinder and push down to release them. Able to hold up to three reloads in one unit, it’s not a “one and done” system that requires you to buy three speedloaders in order to have three reloads. After the first load is used, there are still two more in reserve.

Instead of having to store multiple speedloaders in pouches or on a belt rig, Rev Industries’ unit only requires that you store one item. That makes it incredibly convenient for competition shooters and even in defensive situations.

If you’re in a situation where you don’t need multiple reloads, you can take the extension off and just carry a single speedloader.

Tactical Formulary RifleMat + Modular System

Last on our list of innovative firearm accessories is the Tactical Formulary RifleMat + Modular System. There’s nothing more frustrating than working on or cleaning a gun and losing track of one of the many small parts that are absolutely crucial to proper function. Magnetic trays and mats help with this tremendously, but you’re often limited in what you can get. Tactical Formulary’s RifleMat + Modular System allows you to customize your workspace to fit whatever you need, all while giving you the peace of mind offered by magnets.

The RifleMat + Modular System starts off with an 18”x36” magnetic base mat with the option to include one or two each of their 3”x15” magnetic channels and 14”x7” magnetic workspaces. For further customization, you can add on a non-magnetic 12”x18” BaseMat or a magnetic 12”x18” MagMat.

Best of all, each of these pieces can be used together, separately, or partially to give you the most modular setup for each and every project on which you’re working. Plus, since it’s all from one company, everything matches visually and your workbench no longer looks like a hodgepodge of pieces.

Pelican Reset Case

Looks like Pelican has been eyeing the highly popular Magpul DAKA Grid Organizers.

At SHOT 2025, Pelican announced the Pelican Reset. Pick-and-pluck foam has been the standard for customizing the fit of a gun case to your particular loadout, and it works quite well. The big downfall is that it works for that loadout and that loadout only. Want to change it up? Go buy more foam.

The Pelican Reset system changes all that. Made of multiple high-density foam pegs set into a grid, you simply push or pull them into the position that you need. With the pegs pulled up, they provide a soft yet secure barrier to hold your items in place. Pushed down, they provide clearance for your gear to fit in the case.

When it comes time to put different items in the same case, there’s nothing extra to buy. You simply pop out the grids, push all the pegs back up, and start over with your new configuration. It’s that easy. We'd tell you to go check it out, but it's so new that Pelican doesn't have it on their site yet!
