PDP Match Steel Frame 9mms, PDP Match (Polymer) 9mm & the New PD380 in .380 ACP
A trip to the annual SHOT Show is not complete without a visit to the good folks at Walther Arms. Walther is known for exceptional guns, and they expanded on that this year. The Walther Performance Duty Pistol (PDP) has proven to be a highly popular handgun since its initial release in 2021. The original model is available in full-size and compact sizes, and additional variants have recently been added to the PDP family in short order. Here are the four that were showcased at SHOT Show 2024.
Walther Arms PDP Match Steel Frame
Walther Arms has added two more Steel Frame PDP models to cater to duty and carry needs. The two new members of the lineup are a full-sized 4.5-inch version as well as a compact 4-inch option.

Walther Arms PDP Match (Polymer Frame)
Late in 2023, Walther announced the launch of the all-new polymer frame PDP Match into the 9mm performance duty pistol product line. This model exemplifies power and durability for those focused on everyday use or competitive shooting. Equipped with a dynamic performance trigger, 18-round capacity magazine, 5-inch barrel, and a sleek, full-size polymer frame ensures success from every shot.

Walther Arms PD380
Walther also released the PD380. This is a modernized and upgraded version of the outgoing PK380, which Walther introduced in 2009. The PK380 was one of—if not the first—.380s intended for concealed carry with a deliberately easy-to-rack slide design. The new PD380 continues all the proven functionality of the PK380. This is a solid pistol and will serve shooters well.
