Tikka’s New ACEs In The Hole

Up Your Bolt-Action Shooting & Hunting With Tikka’s New Chassis T3x ACE Target & Game Big Bore Rifles & the T1x ACE Rimfire

The Editors’ Hot Pick from our May-June 2025 issue is all about precision and class. To nutshell it for you, these are some classy chassis rifles from the Finnish firearms company Tikka. A bit of inside baseball info is that Tikka is a subsidiary of Beretta Holding. Yes, that’s the same Beretta that will turn 500 in 2026. At any rate, Tikka is well known for producing top-end rifles that dish out pinpoint accuracy, reliability, and serious aesthetics that appeal to hunters and precision shooters alike. Enough jibber-jabber. Let’s tip our hat to these fine new Tikka rifles.
Tikka T3x ACE Target (and ACE Game)
For those interested in getting into long-range shooting, Tikka’s new T3x ACE Target chassis rifle has a lot to offer without breaking the bank. The all-new T3x ACE Target’s ergonomic design ensures comfort, while durable construction guarantees reliability in any condition.

Features include a heavy barrel for enhanced accuracy and decreased vibration, a crisp, two-stage adjustable trigger that is adjustable from 2 to 4 pounds, and a stock that is compatible with all T3, T3x, and T1x barreled actions. The 10-round magazine that comes with the rifle allows for plenty of shots before reloading. It also features a 20-MOA Picatinny rail and threaded barrel with a thread protector.
The T3x ACE Target is available in .223 Rem., 6.5 Creedmoor, and .308 Win., with the .308 and .223 wearing a 24-inch barrel and the 6.5 model featuring a 26-inch barrel. The anodized black versions have an MSRP of $1,899, while the models with the classy Cerakote Midnight Bronze/Tungsten finish will retail for $100 more. Another ace up Tikka’s sleeve—especially for hunters—is the T3x ACE Game modular chassis rifle. The big difference is that the ACE Game rifle features a fluted medium contour barrel, making it a lighter option for those long days afield or shooting competitions.
